IC Certificate Program
COSO Internal Control Certificate Program
The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) Internal Control—Integrated Framework, originally issued in 1992 and refreshed in 2013 (ICIF-2013 or Framework), launched a COSO Internal Control Certificate. The program is offered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), The Financial Executives International (FEI), and The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
The COSO IC Certificate is geared toward audit leaders, team members, and consultants who provide advisory services related to internal controls looking to establish a COSO-based audit organization.

The program comprises self-paced learning and live classroom training. Upon successful completion and passing an online exam, candidates will receive an official COSO IC Framework Certificate of completion and Digital Badge. The certificate demonstrates competency to develop expertise in designing, implementing, and conducting an effective internal control system.
